Twenty-four properties sold in the Vail Resort community during the first quarter of 2012 on a total dollar volume of $74,353,000. Average sold price per square foot was $1,490/sq.ft. and the average sales price was $3,098,000. The highest priced sale was a 7 bedroom single family residence at 303 Mill Creek Circle which closed for $14,100,000.
Based on the current rate of sales, there is approximately a 3 year supply of homes in Vail, Lionshead and Cascade Village with an estimated market time of 314 days.

Total dollar volume: $79,575,000
Average price per sq.ft: $1,352/sq.ft.
Average sales price: $3,060,000
Half of the transactions in the first quarter of 2012 involved newer construction projects (2008-2010) at Manor Vail, Ritz Carlton, Landmark, Vail Mountain View and Solaris Residences.
