Eight properties went under contract and seven properties sold in the Vail Resort community during the month of January on a total dollar volume of $18,955,000. Average sold price per square foot was $1,655/sq.ft. and the average sales price was $2,707,000. The highest priced sale was a 4 bedroom Solaris Residence which closed for $6,400,000.
Based on the current rate of sales, there is approximately a 2.9 year supply of homes in Vail, Lionshead and Cascade Village with an estimated market time of 207 days.
