Minturn, Avon, and Edwards Update

Prudential Colorado Properties participates in 33% of all residential sales between Minturn and Edwards. The supply/demand curve, as evidence of our active listings versus properties under contract, indicates a tightening in the market overall.  Currently there are 19% fewer listings on the market and 60% more properties under contract than this time lsat year.  There are many factors influencing the numbers including pricing pressure, distressed sales and more active buyers in the market. Certainly all real estate is local and even neighborhood specific.
