Eagle County Gives Approval to Wolcott Project
COUNTY GIVES INITIAL APPROVAL TO WOLCOTT PROJECT
The county commissioners green lighted a new community in Wolcott.
The commissioners approved it with a 2-1 vote February 21st - granting sketch plan approval, the first step in the development process.

• 679 residences
• 135,000 sq. ft. of commercial space
• EcoTrail system connecting Wolcott to Edwards
• A riverside park and 1.5 miles of fishing access
