Patrick arrived in Vail from the East Coast in 1986 to spend a winter in Vail and hasn’t left since. Pat was raised in Westchester County, NY. He graduated from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. Patrick has been a realtor in Vail since 1987. During his career he was awarded with two designations - the GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). Less than 2% of the realtors in the country earn these awards based on education and sales. Pat has a great knowledge of the area. With his combination of knowledge, experience and service, Pat would love to help you learn about the great opportunities in the Vail Valley. He is presently living in Eagle with his two daughters, Hope and Clare and a yellow lab named Moon.
