Peter was born in Boston and grew up near Chicago. Upon graduation from Middlebury College in Vermont, he worked all over the world teaching skiing, snowboarding, windsurfing and sailing. In 1989, he fulfilled his childhood dream of settling in Colorado, where he began his real estate career in Vail. Peter’s father, Robert C. Kyle, authored and published many best-selling books on real estate, including Modern Real Estate Practice and Property Management. Peter embarked on a career of real estate development and has built and sold many fine homes in the Valley. Peter lives in Cordillera with his wife Dawn, who served for ten years as CEO of the Vail Board of Realtors.
