In 2009, Timm joined the Prudential Colorado Properties Bridge Street office in Vail, where he specializes in luxury real estate and ski in, ski out properties in Vail, Beaver Creek, and Bachelor Gulch.
Timm is one of the Managing Brokers for Prudential's Flagship Lionshead office and has achieved the distinction of Fine Homes Specialist, a title reserved for full time sales professionals who are well experienced in the marketing and acquisition of luxury homes.
Timm lives in the Vail Valley with his wife, Joanna, kids, Lucas and Sophia, and two dogs, Ike and Buddy. He is an avid skier, golfer, fly fisherman, and upland bird hunter.
